Role Overview: As an Infoscion at Infosys, you will be an integral part of the consulting team. Your primary responsibility will involve actively supporting the consulting team in various project phases, such as problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. Your role will be crucial in exploring alternatives to recommended solutions through thorough research, including literature surveys, information from public domains, and vendor evaluation data. Additionally, you will be involved in building Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate proposed solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Aid the consulting team in different project phases, such as problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. - Explore alternatives to recommended solutions based on comprehensive research. - Build Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate proposed solutions. - Create requirement specifications from business needs and define to-be-processes and detailed functional designs. - Support configuring solution requirements on products, diagnose issues, seek clarifications, and identify solution alternatives. - Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality value-adding solutions to customers. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in consulting or a related field. - Strong research and analytical skills. - Excellent problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. - Strong communication and presentation skills.
