Job Description

The Mainframe Technical Lead role at Wipro involves working with Systems & Engineering, specifically focusing on Mainframe technology. You will be expected to have knowledge and hands-on experience with Mainframe tools such as JCL, CICS, DFSort, Cobol programming (including batch and online), VSAM Files, and GDGs. Additionally, familiarity with Changeman is required for this position. Your responsibilities will include developing, testing, and maintaining Mainframe applications using JCL, Cobol, and CICS. You will also be responsible for analyzing processes, creating technical documentation, identifying areas of improvement, and providing solutions to problems. Troubleshooting issues in various environments and delivering quality customer service to individuals from different countries will be essential aspects of this role.
