Job Description

    As the Manager of Human Resources at McDonald's, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive people strategies for the entire Region, ensuring alignment with McDonald's overall business goals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing all aspects of the restaurant employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee relations, and talent development. - Championing a culture of high employee engagement by fostering open communication and building pride and energy within the team. - Managing the recruitment process to ensure our restaurants are staffed with top talent who align with McDonald's values. - Driving the effective implementation of all HR processes to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations. - Developing and delivering HR-specific training programs at various life stages within the restaurants to promote continuous learning and skill development. - Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline by identifying and nurturing future leaders at restaurant and management levels. - Implementing strategies to improve employee retention and create a positive and energizing work environment. - Acting as a trusted advisor to Field Business Leadership, providing strategic HR counsel and guidance. - Collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders across various departments. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing HR data and metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. - Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the restaurant or retail industry. - Strong understanding of labour laws and regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making.
