Job Description
- You will play a crucial role in developing software-based solutions as a passionate programmer. Your role will require high analytical, logical, and communicational skills. You should possess a natural curiosity, a quick grasp of new concepts, and a keen interest in the latest technological advancements. Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing software systems and applications to meet corporate objectives. You will evaluate operational feasibility, document and demonstrate solutions, and collaborate with users to understand information needs and system flow. Additionally, you will collect and analyze development and service issues, conduct user research, and evaluate feedback to enhance user experience. You will be expected to establish and promote programming guidelines, best practices, and standards. It will be crucial to manage delivery projects efficiently, focusing on key performance indicators such as time, cost, quality, and scope to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Furthermore, you will be responsible for training new team members on project delivery. As a B.Tech / MCA Fresher, you should have a strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming with a preference for languages like PHP or Java. Proficiency in JavaScript for rapid prototyping and good knowledge of databases are essential. Experience with React and Angular will be advantageous. Creativity in problem-solving, staying updated on programming trends, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines are key attributes for success in this role. This is a permanent position with benefits including paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund. The work location is in person.
