A large industrial house in Hyderabad requires for ongoing Civil Projects at various locations

Manpower Resource Manager (Construction)

The candidate should be graduate with 10-15 years of experience in large infrastructures or Construction Companies as resource manager (Manpower).

Capable to mobilize Bar-benders, Carpenters for shuttering works, Civil Masons, Skilled and Unskilled labourers as per project requirement with in short period.

Should have good knowledge of construction industry and expertise in arranging skilled gangs for heavy industrial projects, High Rise Buildings.

Identification of right skilled manpower for timely completion of Civil Project Works and Co-ordination with the site team for proper organizing gangs as per project requirement.

Sourcing the skilled workers on need basis across the country especially from Jharkhand, West Bengal, Rajasthan, Orisha & Maharastra.

Preference will be given with multiple language skills such as Hindi, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi & English.

Education:

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
