 Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient use of resources and meet quality standards.
• Manage manpower handling, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring workloads.
• Coordinate with team members to resolve issues and improve productivity.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance.
