senior Radiologist Doctor @ Softline Recruitment

Job Description

 Serve as the primary radiological expert in product development cycles.
Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to annotate and validate medical imaging datasets (X-ray, CT, MRI, etc.).
Define diagnostic criteria and clinical benchmarks for algorithm training and evaluation.
Provide insight into clinical workflows to inform UX/UI development and product integration.
Lead and contribute to peer-reviewed publications and clinical validation studies.
Ensure all imaging systems and solutions comply with regulatory and ethical standards.
Mentor junior researchers and contribute to cross-functional knowledge-sharing.

 Deep understanding of medical imaging modalities and diagnostic workflows.
Strong analytical and research skills with a publication track record (preferred).
Ability to communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams (tech, clinical, regulatory).
High ethical standards, attention to detail, and commitment to innovation in healthcare
