Job Description
- Customer prospecting & onboarding
Engage with potential customersthrough field and offsite marketing eventsand help open new accounts or acquire business - Crossselling banking and thirdparty products
Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products (e.g., personal loans, credit cards, insurance, mutual funds) . - Meeting sales targets
Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales goals as set by the bank - CRM & documentation
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complete necessary applications, forms, and mandatory certifications (like AMFI or EUIN) - Customer service & query resolution
Handle customer queries, provide support, and ensure high satisfaction levels - Local travel & marketing
Conduct canvassing, attend local events, and travel within assigned territories to meet new prospects. - Educational qualification: Typically a graduate degree; freshers welcome.
- Certifications: Completion of banking certification programs like AMFI/EUIN as required.
- Skills: Strong communication, customer orientation, ability to persuade and build relationships; willingness to travel and work flexible hour
