Business Development Manager Health Insurance

Location: Chandigarh, Faridabad, Lucknow, Varanasi, Kanpur, Ghaziabad, Delhi, Noida, Kolkata
Salary: 5.5 LPA + Reimbursements + Incentives (CTC up to 6 LPA for the right candidate)
Experience: 4 to 14 years in Sales

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Drive Health Insurance sales achievement through Business Associates (BA), Insurance Managers (IM), and Agents

• Recruit and develop Business Associates to build a strong sales network

• Train and mentor agents on a commission basis for better productivity

• Supervise and monitor agents activity plans to ensure target fulfillment

• Conduct weekly Performance Review Program (PRP) with agents and update the Sales Management System

• Motivate and promote agents for career progression within the organization

• Encourage use of Agent Portal & CRM for customer management and cross-selling of products

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum 4 years in Sales (Health / Life Insurance or related industries preferred)

• Key Attributes:

  • Strong interpersonal skills & ability to work with people

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with commercial focus

  • Drive for results with consistent performance

  • Maturity, confidence, and strong communication skills

  • Stable past career employment history

  • Well-networked in the local area with proven sales record

• Qualification: Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred)
