Job Description Customer Support (US Process)

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills (Versant score 58+ mandatory).
Graduation required (Freshers: 6th-semester marksheet + final exam hall ticket).
Experience candidates must provide complete documents and PF details.
12th + Diploma / 12th pass candidates also considered.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls with US candidates for client hiring requirements.
Record call outcomes on tools accurately.
Flexible to work in night shifts (US hours: 5 PM7 AM IST).
Work from Office rotational week-offs (MonFri/TueSat/WedSun).
Follow client holidays

Preferred:

Prior US contact center/customer support experience.
