Job Description
- As a Trainer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of the staff. Your focus will be on delivering effective training sessions, developing training materials, and implementing evaluation processes that promote clear communication and organizational excellence. - Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs tailored to the needs of the bookkeeping team. - Continuously update training materials and methodologies to reflect the latest developments in bookkeeping, accounting standards, and relevant technologies. - Conduct training sessions on bookkeeping software, financial regulations, and best practices in accounting. - Foster an open and supportive learning environment that encourages team members to ask questions and share ideas. - Create and implement assessment tools to evaluate training effectiveness, including quizzes, practical exercises, and feedback surveys. - Provide regular reports to management regarding training outcomes and effectiveness. - Analyse assessment results to identify knowledge gaps and adjust training materials accordingly. - Offer timely and constructive feedback to participants during and after training sessions to promote continuous improvement. - Collaborate with management to assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations, ensuring that training programs are aligned with organizational goals. - Maintain organized training documentation and resources for easy access and reference. - Provide ongoing support and mentorship to team members post-training to reinforce learning. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. - Highly organized, with strong project management skills and attention to detail. - Ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences. - Proficient in using various training tools and technologies. - Experience in Australian accounting will be an added advantage.,
