Job Description

    As an HR Business Partner at Teleperformance, you will be performing specialized HR work focused on HR consulting to the business. Your responsibilities will include: - HR consulting and coaching: Working closely with business leaders to solve significant people and cultural issues, providing expertise in technical and regulatory aspects of employment such as hiring, termination, performance management, rewards, etc. - Enabling business change: Supporting the talent aspects of organization structure changes, talent integration related to mergers & acquisitions, etc. - HR program advocacy: Communicating the business value of HR initiatives, managing HR program roll out to minimize business disruption, etc. - Partnering with the business and talent management/staffing and recruiting colleagues on key talent initiatives such as workforce planning, hi-potential employee development, succession planning, etc. You are expected to have comprehensive knowledge of the specific discipline or the broader area in which the position operates. You will execute specialized projects and activities, typically working according to set principles. You will generate and initiate your workload and may supervise the work of less experienced professionals, providing professional expertise and taking responsibility for the end-product. Your role will significantly improve day-to-day activities/processes. You will manage and oversee the implementation of short-term activities within the team. Your decisions will be of an operational nature within a defined scope. You will focus on professional excellence and typically manage a team of Individual Contributor co-workers.
