Job Description
- Role Overview: You are invited to the Infosys BPM Walk-In Drive on 6th Sep 2025 at Mangalore. The job location is Mangalore, and the role requires BSC Freshers from a non-Computer science background. The shifts are in the night, and immediate joiners are preferred. The candidate should have 15 years of full-time education, be proficient with basic computer knowledge, possess excellent website research & navigation skills, and have the ability to read, understand, and interpret content. Flexibility to work in 24*7 environments, including night shifts, is essential. Strong communication skills, English grammar, fluency in English, and the ability to manage outbound calls following scripts are necessary. Probing, analyzing, and multitasking skills are important, with no long leave planned for at least the next year. The work will be office-based with no work from home option. It is mandatory to carry PAN Card or Passport for identity proof. Candidates need to bring a PAN card without fail for assessment.
