Were Hiring: Business Development Manager (B2B)

Are you passionate about driving sales and building strong client relationships Join our team and be a part of our unique initiative Dr. HAREN (Ply ka Doctor), where customer insights turn into business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors & dealers
• Generate B2B sales & identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with Ply Doctor Executives for market insights
• Visit sites for lead generation & manage dealer coordination
• Achieve sales targets & ensure customer satisfaction

What Were Looking For

• Graduate/Diploma in Marketing, Sales, or Business Admin
• 1-2 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in building materials/plywood)
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented


Salary & Benefits

15,000- 20,000 (Negotiable)

Travel Allowance: 3.5/km (as per company policy)

Performance Incentives: 10,000+


Location: (Agra, Aligrah, Ambikapur, Aurangabad, Modhol, Bhopal)
