Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales professional to manage bancassurance channel partnerships. The role involves building strong relationships with bank staff, driving insurance product sales, and achieving business targets while ensuring superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with partner bank branches.
Generate insurance business through bank customers by cross-selling and up-selling.
Educate and train bank staff on insurance products, processes, and customer handling.
Ensure achievement of sales targets across life, health, and general insurance products.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable insurance solutions.
Maintain compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Deliver high levels of customer service and support post-sales activities.
