Job Description
- You will be working as a Data Entry Executive at BASE INTERIORS Engineering Consultant & Construction, a company specializing in residential and commercial construction and interior design. Your main responsibility will be data entry, including updating company and project records, maintaining organized documentation, preparing reports for management, and assisting in office coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Enter and update company and project records - Maintain organized digital and physical documentation - Prepare reports and summaries for management - Assist in office coordination and record tracking In addition, you will support simple accounting functions by preparing financial reports using Excel or Tally. Preferred Background: - Experience in engineering consultancy or construction firms is beneficial - Familiarity with accounting responsibilities in these industries is a plus - Candidates with a home near Calicut are preferred Skills Required: - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Basic knowledge of accounting principles - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting tools like Tally - Good organizational and documentation skills Salary: - 7,000 - 10,000 (based on skills and experience) Job Location: - Calicut, Kerala Employment Type: - Full-Time Experience: - Data entry: 1 year (Preferred) Language: - English (Required) Work Location: - In person,
