Job Description

As an Accounts Assistant at our company in Irugur, Coimbatore, your role will involve helping with day-to-day accounting tasks. This includes recording financial transactions, maintaining records, and providing support to the accounts team with routine accounting work. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update ledgers and other financial records - Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash handling - Help in preparing basic financial reports and summaries - Support with filing, documentation, and other back-office accounting tasks - Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for invoice follow-up and clarifications Requirements: - Basic understanding of accounting principles - Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or MS Excel - Good attention to detail and accuracy - High school diploma or equivalent (Commerce background preferred) Preferred Skills: - Strong time management and organizational skills - Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team In addition to the job responsibilities and requirements, the benefits of this position include: - Food provided - Health insurance - Provident Fund Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person work at our location in Irugur, Coimbatore.,
