We are currently seeking applications for the position of Principal Consultant, BA - Risk ID. As a Principal Consultant, you will play a key role under the Change Delivery COE to lead and execute Risk management initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Delivering the vision and overseeing product backlog management - Acting as the primary liaison between product managers and technology teams - Evaluating product progress, managing risks and conflicts, and stakeholder management - Budgeting, running Governance forums, and ensuring successful end-to-end project delivery - Gathering requirements, liaising with stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendor teams - Planning releases, coordinating go-live activities, and facilitating UVT - Identifying and managing potential risks and issues, including developing mitigation and resolution plans Qualifications we are looking for in you: Minimum Qualifications / Skills: - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret needs and translate business requirements into applications - Experience in independently working with users to understand business requirements and convert them into user stories - Ability to engage with technology partners and drive delivery in an agile methodology - Experience in managing requirements/user stories through the ADO platform - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse groups professionally Preferred Qualifications / Skills: - Graduation from a reputed university If you are passionate about making a difference and possess the required qualifications, we invite you to join us as a Principal Consultant at Genpact.
