Job Description

Role Overview: As a candidate for the Infosys BPM Walk-In Drive on 13th Sep 2025 at Bangalore, you will be joining as a Commerce Fresher in the role of an Operations Associate. Your main responsibility will be to handle outbound calls efficiently and effectively in a 24*7 environment, including night shifts. You will also need to demonstrate proficiency in basic computer knowledge, excellent website research skills, and good command over English grammar and fluency. Key Responsibilities: - Proficient with basic computer knowledge - Excellent website research & navigation skills - Good reading, understanding, and interpretation of content - Flexibility to work in 24*7 environments and night shifts - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Good command over English Grammar and Fluency in English - Managing outbound calls following scripts for different scenarios - Assimilating process knowledge quickly and efficiently - Effective probing, analyzing skills, and multitasking of voice & data entry Qualification Required: - Graduates with B.COM/BBA/MBA/M.COM qualifications are eligible for the interview - 15 years of education (10+2+3) is mandatory - Immediate joiners only Please carry 2 sets of updated CVs (Hard Copy) and a face mask to the interview venue. It is mandatory to bring a PAN Card or Passport for identity proof. Ensure to mention your Candidate ID on the top of your resume.
