Job Description

As a Company Secretary at Jain Metal Group, your role will involve managing corporate governance and regulatory compliance, maintaining statutory records, and liaising with regulatory authorities. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to legal and statutory requirements, providing administrative support to the board, and managing investor relations. A key aspect of your responsibilities will include preparing and submitting filings with regulatory authorities such as ROC, FEMA, Stock Exchanges, and RBI. Qualifications required for this role include: - Corporate Governance and Regulatory Compliance skills - Experience in maintaining statutory records and LODR Filings - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively - Professional qualification as a Company Secretary (CS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) - 2-4 years of experience, preferably in Listed companies/PCS Firm.
