MLB QA-ORT :

C-ORT Timeline Prepare and Customer approval
Sampling Collection Process Method
MLB ORT Chamber Calibration Handling Process
Reflow testing verification and FA handling method
Data Collection Tracking and MIL report preparation and Customer approval
C-ORT Failure boards handling knowledge with CFT
Inventory Management
Manpower handling ability and Training Evaluation
Monthly/Weekly Equipment Maintenance

MLB-Supplier Quality Engineer:

Manage Supplier quality & drive SCAR/RCCA/8D for non-Conformances
Handle PPAP,AQL,Sampling Plan & ECN/ECO activities.
Conduct Supplier audits, rejection analysis & ensure IPC/J-STD compliance
Prepare & Present supplier quality reports
Experience in EMS/Electronics industry
Education EEE/ECE/EI with Strong Excel, PowerPoint & Communication Skills
