Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and goal-oriented International Voice Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves interacting with international clients over calls, understanding their needs, pitching relevant products/services, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound/inbound calls to international customers for sales and lead generation.
- Identify customer requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline in CRM tools.
- Handle customer objections professionally and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Ensure excellent customer experience during every interaction.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve overall goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 months to 4 years of experience in international voice process / sales / telesales.
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Persuasive selling skills with the ability to handle objections.
- Comfortable working in night shifts / graveyard shifts.
- Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office is a plus.
