Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated French & English Language Specialist with a minimum B2 certification to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both French and English, enabling effective interaction with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate fluently in French and English in both verbal and written formats.
  
• Translate documents, emails, and reports between French and English with accuracy and cultural sensitivity.
  
• Support customer service and client interactions in French and English.
  
• Assist in preparing bilingual presentations, marketing materials, and other business communications.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure language accuracy and quality.
  
• Handle multilingual correspondence and provide language support for projects.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Certification of French language proficiency at B2 level or above (DELF/DALF or equivalent).
  
• Strong command of English language, both written and spoken.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Proven experience in translation, customer support, or a language-related role preferred.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
