Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and goal-oriented professionals for our International Voice Sales Process. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build rapport with international clients over the phone. This role involves outbound calling, lead generation, and converting prospects into customers across global markets (primarily US, UK, or Australia).
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to international prospects using scripts and guidelines.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of products/services.
- Identify customer needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and market trends.
- Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
- Record all interactions and update CRM systems accurately.
- Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive work culture.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English with neutral or global accent.
- 6 Months- 5 years of experience in international voice process, preferably in sales or lead generation.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- High energy, confidence, and a target-driven approach.
- Comfortable working in night shifts and meeting aggressive sales goals.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
