IntouchCX serves a variety of industries, including retail, healthcare, technology, and e-commerce, offering omnichannel support through voice, email, chat, and social media.   We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Voice Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in international voice-based sales processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships across global markets. This role involves handling outbound/inbound calls, identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and driving revenue growth.   Key Responsibilities
    • Make outbound/inbound calls to international clients to generate sales and achieve targets.
    • Promote company products/services by clearly articulating value propositions and benefits.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers to ensure repeat business.
    • Identify new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and lead qualification.
    • Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations effectively to close deals.
    • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM tools.
    • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and international market requirements.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
      Requirements
    • Proven international voice sales experience (minimum 6 months preferred).
    • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
    • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to handle high-volume outbound calling with a focus on conversions.
    • Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools.
    • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.
    • Flexibility to work in shifts depending on international time zones.
    • Preferred Qualifications
      Experience in B2B/B2C international sales (IT, SaaS, telecom, or service industries preferred). Familiarity with cross-cultural communication and global sales practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.   Salary Range: 2.5 LPA to 4 LPA   Benefits
