Job Description
- As a Consultant specializing in Automation Anywhere and Power Platform development at Genpact, you will be responsible for developing and documenting RPA configuration best practices, configuring new RPA processes and objects, and ensuring they are efficient, well-structured, and maintainable. Your expertise in Automation Anywhere and Power Platform will be crucial in driving the strategic and tactical roll-out of the RPA solution to clients. You will create and document test procedures, support operational teams during UAT and rollout phases, and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process. Your role will also involve designing and developing PowerApps model and canvas-driven apps, enhancing existing apps, and developing cloud and desktop flows. You should be PL-200 certified as a Microsoft Power Platform Consultant and possess clear, logical, and effective verbal/written communication skills. Your high responsiveness and keen perception will enable you to deliver results within tight timelines. Additionally, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Power Automate. You will create and configure connectors and integrations between various systems and applications to enable data flow and automation. Your qualifications should include proven experience with RPA technologies such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism, professional experience in programming, SQL, relational databases, and application development, as well as problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple portfolios is essential for this role.
