Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business strategies to achieve banca channel sales targets (life insurance).
Manage and motivate a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Officers deployed in bank branches.
Build strong partnerships with branch managers and regional heads of the partner bank.
Drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives by training and supporting bank staff.
Monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance against targets; ensure corrective action for shortfalls.
Ensure adherence to IRDAI and organizational compliance norms.
Conduct regular joint calls with partner bank teams to enhance penetration and customer satisfaction.
Provide inputs on product innovation and improvement based on customer/bank feedback.
Drive high standards of service quality, ensuring minimal customer grievances.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of banking & insurance products.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in banca or similar channels.
Excellent relationship management and networking skills.
Strong leadership & team management capabilities.
Analytical and strategic thinking.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
5-15 years of experience.
