About the role:-
We are looking for a Product Manager to own and scale our Reconciliation product that ensures accurate, seamless, and compliant money movement across our ecosystem.
Role & Responsibilities
As a Product Manager for Reconciliation, you will be responsible for:
End-to-End Money Movement: Drive product ownership for the entire transaction lifecycle, covering Receivables, Payouts, Payment Gateway (PG) costs, settlements, chargebacks, and merchant reconciliations.
Reconciliation Systems: Build and improve systems that reconcile transactions
across banks, payment gateways, merchants, and internal ledgers with high accuracy and reliability.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Finance,
Compliance, Risk, and Partner Banks/PGs to ensure smooth reconciliation and
settlement processes.
Problem Solving: Identify gaps in transaction flow, settlement delays, mismatches, or exceptions and design solutions to prevent revenue leakage and ensure compliance.
Product Roadmap: Define product vision, strategy, and execution roadmap for
reconciliation and settlement tools, dashboards, and automation workflows.
Data-Driven Decisions: Use data insights to optimize reconciliation efficiency,
reduce operational overhead, and enhance transaction reliability.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure products adhere to regulatory and
compliance requirements related to payments, settlements, and chargebacks.
What Were Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in product management within Payments, Banking, FinTech, or related reconciliation/settlement systems.
Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of payment flows, money movement, chargebacks, merchant settlements, and banking/PG processes.
Technical Acumen: Comfortable working with data (SQL, dashboards, reports) and collaborating with engineering teams to define scalable solutions.
Execution Skills: Ability to manage complex processes with multiple stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and automation.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail in
identifying and resolving reconciliation mismatches.
Communication: Clear and effective communication to align stakeholders and drive execution.
