Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• SAP Identity Management (IDM) 8.0
• Design, implement, and maintain SAP IDM 8.0 solutions for user provisioning and de-provisioning.
• Develop and manage workflows, provisioning frameworks, and identity stores.
• Integrate IDM with SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g., Active Directory, databases, cloud apps).
• Troubleshoot IDM jobs, connectors, and provisioning issues.
• Configure repositories and manage synchronization with identity sources.
• Implement business roles and role-based provisioning.
• Support compliance and audit requirements through access reviews and reporting.
• SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
• Configure and support SAP GRC Access Control modules: ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM.
• Perform SoD analysis, risk remediation, and mitigation control setup.
• Integrate SAP IDM with GRC for automated access provisioning.
• Conduct periodic access reviews and user access certifications.
• Support GRC rule set customization and AVM (Access Violation Management) implementation.
• Collaborate with audit teams to ensure SOX and GDPR compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP IDM 8.0 and SAP GRC 10.x/12.x.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL scripting, and workflow development.
• Deep understanding of SAP Security, role design, and authorization concepts.
• Experience with Fiori, S/4HANA, and HANA security.
• Familiarity with LDAP, Active Directory, and SSO integration.
