Lead - Structural Engineering @ Raheja Universal

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Structural Design Leadership:

• Lead the structural design process for large-scale real estate developments including high-rise towers, podiums, and basements.
• Review and validate structural drawings, calculations, and design reports from consultants.
• Ensure compliance with IS codes, NBC, and international standards where applicable.

Execution Oversight:

• Supervise structural execution on-site including RCC, steel structures, and foundation systems.
• Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and project managers to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Resolve technical challenges during construction and ensure safety and stability of structures.

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Liaise with architects, MEP consultants, and government authorities for approvals and design integration.
• Support procurement and budgeting teams with structural inputs and value engineering.

Innovation & Quality Assurance:

• Introduce advanced construction techniques and materials to improve efficiency and durability.
• Conduct structural audits and quality checks at various stages of construction.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Strong command of structural analysis software (STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE).
• Proven experience in high-rise and complex real estate projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
