Job Description
As a Pre-Sales Leader in the Data & Analytics function, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical solutions and business needs. We are looking out for someone who is passionate about helping organizations leverage data to drive decision-making and innovation.
Experience:
- Overall 10-15 Yrs of experience with solid hands-on exposure in Pre-Sales / Technical consulting
- Proven track record of successfully delivering Data and Analytics solutions to clients.
Roles & responsibilities:
A. Solution Design and Presentation:
- Analyze customer requirements and design tailored data and analytics solutions including technical and functional architecture across various business domains.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Develop proof-of-concept projects to showcase the capabilities of proposed solutions.
B. Technical Support:
- Provide technical assistance and solution education to customers.
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and responses including solution approach, project timelines and deal sizing to RFPs (Requests for Proposals).
- Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for clients.
C. Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales teams to identify and qualify opportunities. Collaborate with Account Sales Staff, Account and Delivery teams on the technology solution and service delivery aspects of business development strategy implementation
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COE) to pursue client business opportunities and develop proposals
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Consultative approach to both delivery and business development
- Ability to collaborate & work with Senior Management & internal teams across the organization to include, Sales, Global Resources, HR, Accounting, Project Management, Centers of Excellence (COE), etc.
- Highly organized and skilled at time management to include the ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately
- Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
D. Market and Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data and analytics.
- Understand competitor products and market positioning.
- Provide feedback to product management teams on customer needs and market trends.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analytics, data science and business intelligence tools and platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Tableau/Power BI, Python/R).
- Strong understanding of data management, data warehousing, and data governance.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is highly desirable
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple opportunities/ projects simultaneously.
- Negotiation capabilities and the ability to interface with internal and external clients
- Ability to effectively communicate client information with the appropriate verbal, written and business acumen to include turning information into insight; capable of packaging & presenting to all levels of Management
- Strong integrity, professionalism and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fluid, high volume work environment and deal with frequent changes, delays or unexpected events.
- Experience in leading and managing teams across the organization
