ThoughtSpot Platform Engineer @ Fortune India

Job Description

• Minimum 5 years of experience in platform or infrastructure engineering roles, preferably within cloud-based BI environments

. Hands-on experience administering and supporting ThoughtSpot infrastructurein cloud environments (e.g., AWS).

• Strong understanding of authentication and access management, includingSAML, LDAP, enterprise SSO, and directory integration.
• Experience with scripting skills ( Python, Bash, Java script) for automation &Integration tasks .
• Strong Practical knowledge of REST APIs for automation, integration,user/group management, and system health Monitoring.
• Good to have Linux administration skills .
• Ability to test the new features in the Sandbox environment and preparedocumentation for the users

. Collaborate with ThoughtSpot Engineering and Roche Platform Operationsteams for system maintenance, troubleshooting, and architecturalimprovements.

• Actively contribute to incident and change management processes, includinghandling tickets related to system performance, testing of new features,end-user support on ThoughtSpot best practices, diagnostics, and resolution ofissues in alignment with defined SLAs.Contribute to new team onboarding technical support like creation connection,managing groups.
• Good to have Knowledge on security models, including Cloudflare setup, andsecure browser configurations.
• Good understanding of Natural language process & LLM concepts and theirapplication in Business intelligence and conversational analytics platforms.
• Experience working with Jira, Service Now, Confluence , GitHub/GitLab fordocumentation, tracking and automation Pipelines .
• Experience debugging Complex platform issues using browser developer tools,HAR file connection and log analysis.Experience in embedding Thoughtspot using SDK, React components techniques in enterprise web applications.
• Understanding of RDBMS, SQL, Snowflake, PL/SQL & Stored Procedures
