Job Description

As a Senior Relationship Manager - Corporate Coverage in Wholesale Banking, your role involves spearheading business generation while adhering to regulations and the bank's risk appetite to expand trade volume. Your responsibilities include ensuring seamless customer onboarding, developing deep relationships with clients, understanding client needs, structuring solutions, and aligning with bank policies. You will be responsible for customer acquisition, due diligence, recovery, and creating diversified revenue sources for wholesale banking. You will need to study financial reports of clients, identify early warning signs, gather market intelligence, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Collaboration with internal departments such as Treasury, Risk, Compliance, and Legal is essential to achieve business objectives efficiently. Implementing mechanisms to monitor customer satisfaction, making necessary process improvements, and ensuring high-quality customer service are also part of your responsibilities. Qualifications required for this role include a graduation and post-graduation degree, along with 10-18 years of experience in relationship management.,
