About the Role
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Lead to join Infosys. In this role, you will contribute to client consulting engagements, driving AI/ML solution design, implementation, and deployment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, value-driven solutions that support clients in their digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the consulting team across all phases of the project problem definition, effort estimation, solution design, and deployment.
• Research solution alternatives using literature reviews, public domain information, and vendor evaluations, and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and process designs.
• Configure solutions based on client requirements, troubleshoot issues, and identify root causes.
• Propose and evaluate solution alternatives to meet business needs effectively.
• Support unit-level and organization-wide initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality solutions and innovations.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
• Proven experience leading AI/ML initiatives in enterprise or consulting environments.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable AI/ML solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Educational Qualifications

• UG: B.E./B.Tech, BCA, or B.Sc. in any specialization.
• PG: M.Tech, MCA, M.Sc., or MS in a relevant field.
