Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the BFSI domain, from initial job requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding.
Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage with passive and active candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), social media, and industry-specific forums.
Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, qualifications, and cultural fit for the fast-paced and highly regulated BFSI environment.
Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their specific needs and provide strategic guidance on market trends, compensation, and talent availability.
Job Description & Posting: Write and optimize compelling job descriptions that effectively attract qualified candidates while ensuring compliance with all legal and company policies.
