RPA Developer - UI Path - 4+ Years - Gurgaon

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows using UI Path through Blue Prism
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation including PDDs and technical specs.
- Conduct end-to-end testing and ensure stability of automation solutions.
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of RPA bots.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in UI Path RPA development including Blue Prism
- Strong programming skills in VB, .NET, Java, or Python.
- Proven expertise in process mapping, state machines, and automation best practices.
- UI Path certification and experience with OCR/NLP tools is preferred.
