Job Description

Plan & schedule projects
Estimate time & materials
Supervise subordinates
Maintain asset records
Prepare daily reports
Assist in coordinating job assignments - electrical, plumbing etc based on priority
Responsible for overall building maintenance

Required Candidate profile

Electrical knowledge is must
Good communication & commend over language
Min 5 yrs exp as supervisor required.
C license must
Flexible in shifts
Should be willing to work on weekends & holidays
