Job Description
- Source and recruit candidates through vendors and job portals
- Manage high-volume recruitment drives and meet recruitment targets
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and vendor partnerships
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
- Coordinate with vendors and clients to ensure smooth recruitment process
- Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and cost-per-hire
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure recruitment strategies align with business objectives
- 1-3 years of experience in bulk recruitment or high-volume hiring
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and delivering results
- Strong knowledge of recruitment channels, including job boards and vendor management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
