Process : Inbound Voice Process
Qualifications : Graduate
Language : Must Speak English
Experience : 0 to 7 Years
Salary : 16,000 - 21,000 CTC
Refer & Earn
Shift Details : Rotational Shift and Roster Week Off

Role and Responsibilities:-
* Will have to handle calls of the yes bank.
* Solving the queries of the existing customer of yes bank.
* Have to maintain good and healthy relation when the customers.
* Have to pitch them about the banking product (Cross Sell)
* This process will be a domestic voice process.
