Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist

Location: Kurla, Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Performance Marketing (with D2C market experience)
Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

About the Role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist with proven experience in D2C marketing and strong expertise across multiple sectors such as Real Estate, BFSI, EdTech, Automobile, and SaaS. The candidate must be data-driven, proficient with CRO tools, and capable of using AI-enabled solutions to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and scale performance marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social platforms.

Drive measurable growth in customer acquisition and retention specifically for D2C businesses.

Manage cross-industry campaigns (Real Estate, BFSI, EdTech, Automobile, SaaS) while ensuring high ROI.

Leverage AI-enabled marketing platforms for advanced targeting and optimization.

Perform continuous A/B testing, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking.

Utilize Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, and CRO tools to analyze user behavior and improve conversion rates.

Generate insights from campaign data to refine strategies and maximize performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.

Mandatory experience in D2C marketing (customer acquisition, retention, and scaling campaigns).

Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Paid Media, and CRO tools.

Exposure to Real Estate, BFSI, EdTech, Automobile, and SaaS campaigns

Proficiency with Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, and other analytics/conversion tools.

Familiarity with AI-driven marketing automation tools.

Strong analytical mindset with ability to derive insights and actionable strategies.
