    Role Overview: As a Territory Manager at our Retail Banking unit in Mumbai, your main responsibility will be to source loans from the market using DSAs/DSTs and existing channel partners. Your role will also include establishing a quality portfolio, managing a team, maintaining strong relationships, fostering cooperation, and effective communication across different mediums. It is imperative that you ensure adherence to the policies and guidelines set by the bank. Your execution of tasks should be both sales supportive and risk averse, contributing to the larger objectives of the bank. Key Responsibilities: - Source and manage channels from the market to acquire business - Ensure a quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection - Possess extensive knowledge and understanding of retail assets, products, operations, and current market trends - Identify changing market trends, develop channels for acquiring business, and provide high-quality customer service - Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and enhance customer service Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any discipline - Post Graduate in any discipline - Minimum of 2 to 7 years of experience in sales in the BFSI industries (Note: No additional details about the company were mentioned in the job description.),
