As a Territory Manager - 2-Wheeler Loans in the Sales department, your role involves sourcing loans from the market through DSAs/DSTs and existing channel partners to build a quality portfolio. You will be responsible for managing a team, nurturing strong relationships, promoting cooperation, and effective communication through various mediums. It is crucial to ensure adherence to the established policies and guidelines while executing tasks in a manner that supports sales and mitigates risks to contribute to the bank's overarching objectives. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Source and manage channels in the market to acquire business. - Maintain a quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejections. - Possess extensive knowledge of retail assets, products, operations, and stay updated on current market trends. - Identify evolving market trends, develop channels for business acquisition, and deliver high-quality customer service. - Propose enhancements to processes and policies within the Retail Banking business to enhance operational efficiencies and deliver top-notch customer service. **Education Qualification:** - Graduation in any discipline - Post-graduation in MBA or PGDM With 2+ years of relevant experience, you are well-equipped to excel in this role as a Territory Manager - 2-Wheeler Loans.,
