Job Description

Technical Expertise:

LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex)
Knowledge of model evaluation frameworks, (4o vs Claude), knowledge of Huggingface or AI Foundry
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases and chunking, embedding (FAISS, Qdrant, Pinecone, OpenSearch).
Multi-agent orchestration (ReAct, AgentExecutor, function calling).
Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) with hands-on experience in deployment.

Experience:

Preferable up to 10 years (Max 12) in GCCs, Product based IT companies or IT services

Look for someone who has been catering to global market as a priority Should have hands on experience as individual contribution in putting AI applications to production - with 35 years in AI/ML/GenAI.
Hand-on python is must; should have traversed as full stack developer in initial careers.
