Responsibilities:
The person will be responsible for driving large scale complex supply chain management and transformation project, include design, implement, deploy and evaluate supply chain management relevant business for performance improvement. Act as Solution architect to design or modify Digital Planning systems architecture to meet certain business needs. Lead the customization, test, integrate, and deployment of Digital Planning software systems to ensure that specific business issues are solved.
The person should have subject matter expertise in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Demand Planning, Supply planning, Sales & Operation Planning processes, Demand planning process, Supply Planning, Inventory Management/Optimization, Supply Chain Control Tower.
Strong configuration and design skills to build various demand planning models, forecasting techniques including demand sensing process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between IBP, SAP S/4 HANA, and other relevant components. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to build client capabilities in SAP IBP. Analyze business requirements, identify gaps and propose innovative solutions for clients' supply chain planning challenges. The candidate should have good skills in configuring production planning and quality management master data, sales and operation planning, distributed resource planning material requirement planning, Shop floor execution including both production order and process order, capacity planning, planning strategies, repetitive manufacturing, KANBAN
The candidate should have knowledge on quality management planning, QM in procurement, QM in sales, Inspection lot processing, result recording, quality certificate, defect management, sample management quality notification.
Should have experience in leading Proof of Concept, SAP Enterprise Blueprint sessions and developing business cases with cross functional teams.
