Role & responsibilities
HOPEX Tool EA with 3+ years of experience. Work from Client Office in Navi Mumbai and Mumbai Detailed JD attached.

Job Description:
- Implementation & Configuration: Experience in Installation and configuration of HOPEX / ALFABET / tool on Private Cloud on DC/DR servers
- Experience in Developing architecture blueprint covering data, models, integrations, and security protocols.
- Experience in Set up reporting and dashboard templates.
- Customization & Integration: Experience in Customization of HOPEX / ALFABET / LEANIX models and frameworks to align with the enterprise standards and requirements.
- Experience in full integration of HOPEX / ALFABET / LEANIX with all required IT systems.
- Testing & Deployment: Experience in Conducting unit testing, integration testing, and UAT testing.
- Deploy the HOPEX / ALFABET / LEANIX system into the production environment.
- Experience in data migration activities.
- Support & Maintenance: Experience in Assisting users in creating and maintaining EA artifacts within HOPEX / ALFABET / LEANIX .
- Perform daily support activities, including helpdesk support and issue resolution.
- Manage user administration, including access control, role management, and security configurations.
- Oversee system upgrades, maintenance, and performance monitoring.
- Handle movement of changes from DEV to UAT and UAT to PROD environments.
- Manage storage, backups, and restoration processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
- HOPEX / ALFABET / LEANIX implementation and administration.
- Strong expertise in HOPEX / ALFABET / LEANIX installation, configuration, customization, and integration.
- Hands-on experience with IT system integrations and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Proficiency in designing and setting up reporting and dashboard templates.
- Experience in testing (Unit, Integration, UAT) and deployment processes.
- Good understanding of security protocols, data migration, and storage management.
- Ability to support day-to-day operations, including user administration, upgrades, and system maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Certifications:
- MEGA HOPEX / ALFABET / LEANIX Certification (Preferred but not mandatory)
- TOGAF or other Enterprise Architecture certifications
