SAP FICO Financial Accounting Controlling Job Description
We are hiring a highly experienced SAP FICO Consultant for financial transformation initiatives using SAP solutions The role demands strong consulting expertise in core finance and controlling modules with the ability to interface directly with CFOlevel stakeholders The candidate should be able to work effectively in globally distributed teams collaborating across multiple time zones and business cultures
Key Responsibilities
Around 7 10 years of SAP experience as a consultant with complex and multiple projects both complete Core template designbuildvalidation rollout and support in the area of SAP S4 FI and CO with handson experience in the following areas o For SAP FI profiles GL AP AR Assets Monthyear end closing activities and integration with other modules Good business process knowledge is required Knowledge in SAP RAR Tax applications like Sabrix and SAP Vistex will be an added advantage
o For SAP CO CCA PCA Internal order COPA COPC Deep knowledge in product costing in all the manufacturing scenarios like MTO MTS CTO ETO etc Integration knowledge of controlling with PP MM QM PM PS
Certification and handson experience on SAP S4HANA Finance module is required
Design configure and deploy SAP FICO solutions across multiple geographies
Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules MM SD PS
Act as a finance process consultant with expertise in GL AP AR AA and Controlling CO PCA CCA
Conduct discovery sessions with finance stakeholders to map requirements into SAP solutions
Provide guidance on accounting standards and tax requirements across geographies
Understanding of countryspecific tax legal and compliance procedures
Manage financial close activities and performance reporting
Conduct enduser training create functional documentation and support audit and compliance teams
Functional Competencies
Solid Finance domain knowledge is required
High level of expertise on SAP S4 FICO Module
Solid understanding of SAP S4 Product costing configuration and best practices
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to tailor communication to the intended audience excellent English is a must
Team player and networking colleagues as well as external partners
Consulting Focus
Ability to advise CFO organizations on SAPenabled finance transformation
Familiar with S4HANA migration or Greenfield implementations
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and controlling strategies
Deep consulting experience across various industry domains
Preferred Certifications
SAP Certified Application Associate SAP S4HANA for Financial Accounting
SAP Certified Application Associate Management Accounting CO preferred for full FICO stack
Education Qualification
Masters in Finance or Masters in Accounting preferred
Areas of Responsibility
Support implementation of the SAP S4HANA solution to meet the specified business requirements scoping design localization testing GoLive transition to run state
Provide the required level of SAP and functional knowledge on Financial and Controlling Processes
