Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Generative AI Specialist with handson experience in RetrievalAugmented Generation RAG Large Language Models LLMs and Azure OpenAI services The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python FastAPI and LangChain and will be responsible for designing developing and deploying intelligent applications that leverage cuttingedge AI technologies
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement RAG pipelines to enhance LLM capabilities using enterprise data sources
Develop and deploy LLMbased applications using Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Services
Build scalable APIs using FastAPI to serve GenAI models and integrate with business applications
Utilize LangChain to orchestrate complex workflows involving multiple tools and agents
Finetune and optimize LLMs for specific use cases such as chat completion summarization and QA
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for GenAI integration
Ensure robust monitoring logging and performance tuning of deployed models and services
Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI LLMs and cloudbased AI services
Required Skills Experience
Proven experience with RetrievalAugmented Generation RAG architectures
Strong handson expertise in Generative AI and LLMs OpenAI Azure OpenAI
Proficiency in Python and FastAPI for backend development
Experience with LangChain for building modular and composable GenAI applications
Familiarity with Azure AI Services including Cognitive Search Form Recognizer and AI Studio
Experience implementing chat completion workflows and conversational agents
Solid understanding of prompt engineering embeddings and vector databases
Ability to work in agile environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously
