Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train & develop agents on commission basis.

• Supervise & monitor agent activity plans to ensure sales achievement.

• Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) & update Sales Management System.

• Motivate & engage agents through Career Progression Programs.

• Drive adoption of CRM & Agent Portal for customer management & cross-selling.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate in any stream (minimum).
At least 2 years experience in sales (Life Insurance preferred).
Strong local market knowledge & well-networked.
Excellent communication, confidence & maturity.
Entrepreneurial drive with a proven track record of results.
Stable employment history.
