Job Description
- Process Analysis & Improvement: Analyze existing business processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and then develop and implement improvement strategies. Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process effectiveness and identify areas for further refinement Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments and teams to ensure smooth collaboration and the successful implementation of new processes
- Documentation & Compliance: Document all process changes and ensure that all activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies. Strategic Alignment: Ensure that business processes align with the company's overall objectives and expansion initiatives Analytical Skills Communication Skills Problem-Solving Abilities Leadership & Collaboration Attention to Detail
