Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate and schedule project meetings, and take detailed minutes.
Track project progress and report on any issues or concerns to project managers and stakeholders.
Help to identify and mitigate project risks.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and presentations.
Help to manage project budgets and expenses.
Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders.
Coordinate and schedule project resources, including personnel and equipment.
Help to ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Key Skill
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Agile methodology is a plus. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
